How should I store Dragone cheese?
Store your Dragone cheeses at the proper storage temperature of 33-40 degrees F. The refrigerator can be a very drying place for foods, so make sure you store your cheese in an air tight container to keep it from losing moisture.

After purchasing, how long can I keep the cheese?
Unopened packages will be good until the sell date on the package. Once opened, we recommend using it within 7 - 10 days.

Dragone Cheese can be found in most grocer's dairy or deli cases.
