- 1 Large Tablespoon Dragone Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Pound dry pasta such as Fusilli
- ½ Pound Fresh Arugula
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup grated Romano cheese
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves garlic
Cook the pasta and hold. Crush 4 gloves garlic.
Sauté the garlic in a ¼ cup olive oil until the garlic just starts to turn light brown. Add a large handful of Arugula to the pan and sauté for a few minutes. Add the cooked pasta, Romano cheese and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Sauté for a few more minutes and plate.
Add a large tablespoon of Dragone Ricotta Cheese on top.
